Membership Information
Thank you for your interest in membership in IECA. IECA sets the standard for the profession of independent educational consulting, and we are proud of the reputation for excellence we have earned among parents, our professional colleagues, and in the national media.
Follow the links for information about requirements for and the value of IECA membership. IECA offers two levels of membership for independent educational consultants, along with a student membership for those still in college. Professional Membership is for consultants who have demonstrated a professional mastery of the field, with a minimum of three years admission or counseling experience. For those newer to the educational consulting field, IECA offers an Associate Membership.
