IECA Cancellation / Refund Policy
Please note that IECA must receive written notification of cancellation by mail, fax, or e-mail to: info@IECAonline.com. Refunds will be issued based on the following schedule; we cannot apply fees to future events. Cancellations received by September 2: 100% refund minus $20 cancellation fee; received from September 3 through October 7: approximately 50% refund; received after October 7: No refunds/credits for future events.

To assist conference attendees in keeping costs down, we are maintaining a list of anyone who would like to share a room at our upcoming conference in Dallas. We will then send the list to anyone who requests it. Please note that we will not have any involvement in selecting or matching roommates, reserving rooms, or providing any additional logistical services; we are simply offering a means to connect those who may wish to share a room. Airport Information
Dallas / Fort Worth International Airport, the third busiest airport in the world, is the gateway to the region. Every major city in the continental United States can be accessed within four hours. DFW is served by 17 passenger airlines with 189 destinations.
Ground Transportation: The conference hotel is approximately 20 miles from DFW airport. Cab fair will range from $40 - $50. Shared-ride providers (approved and authorized by DFW) include City Shuttle, Go Yellow Checker Shuttle, and SuperShuttle DFW. One-way shared-ride fees start at $16 per person.
